We also offer the option to come shopping at a local farmers market and find fresh ingredients for the class.  St Lawrence Market has been voted best in the world (Ntl Geographic 2012) and has a fascinating history.  If your interested, please join us (for small fee).  This is usually 1 or 2 days before the class.
